Shannon Lake, Muralist

Town at Trilith unveiled the “The Land of Imagination” mural at Trilith Guesthouse on June 27, 2024. This 54-by-16.5-foot acrylic concrete masterpiece celebrates the captivating power of storytelling and imagination. Inspired by King Arthur, The Reluctant Dragon, and Treasure Island, the mural depicts three young children immersed in the magic of reading. Aligning with Leap for Literacy’s mission, combining art with advocacy, the mural serves as a vibrant symbol of hope and opportunity for young readers in need.

The mural’s artist, Shannon Lake, is a Georgia native with over 30 years of experience creating public art.
