Prologue Plaza will be crawling with Halloween excitement from 5 to 8 p.m. Adults can visit the Potion Bar + Prosecco Station for the featured Halloween cocktail, the signature Dark Bell Fizz – vodka, cold brew, and Kahlúa topped with Prosecco – then mingle as the neighborhood buzzes with costumed activity.
