Fayetteville, Ga. (Dec. 13, 2023) – Trilith Guesthouse, the highly anticipated 193-room hotel at the main entrance of the award-winning, European-inspired Town at Trilith, is pleased to announce the appointment of Chef Thomas Parker as Executive Chef. Chef Thomas will oversee all culinary operations at the hotel, including the signature restaurant Prologue Dining & Drinks, and the rooftop Oliver’s Twist Bar & View for which individual websites have just launched.

Driving the culinary narrative, Chef Thomas brings more than a decade of restaurant and hospitality experience to Trilith Guesthouse. He most recently led food and beverage operations as Executive Chef at The Karol Hotel, a 123-room Marriott Tribute Portfolio hotel in Clearwater, Florida. Prior to that, he was Executive Chef at the Doubletree by Hilton in Canton, Ohio, the partner hotel of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. A native of Warren, Ohio, Chef Thomas was also Chef de Cuisine at the Hilton Cleveland Downtown and held positions with Landmark Restaurant and luxury hotel, Metropolitan at The 9, both based in Ohio.

Chef Thomas will weave his tasty tales at the hotel’s two restaurants. The signature, street-level Prologue Dining & Drinks combines culinary creativity with a menu that pays tribute to the diverse tapestry of Southern heritage. Infused with locally sourced ingredients, the dishes celebrate the region’s vibrant flavors and traditions, creating a comforting yet sophisticated atmosphere that invites guests to savor the art of breaking bread together. Through breakfast, lunch, weekend brunch and dinner, Prologue’s menu mesmerizes with featured items such as Chicken & Waffles, Blackened Stuffed Catfish, Short Rib Bolognese, and Pork Belly Burnt Ends, all of which pair perfectly with a selection of crafted cocktails and impressive list of wines.
