Week-long initiative at five hotels supports food banks in Florida and Georgia
Mainsail Lodging & Development is bringing its hotels together across Florida and Georgia for “Plates with Purpose,” a new multi-city initiative designed to help families facing food insecurity during the holidays. From Giving Tuesday, Dec. 2, through Tuesday, Dec. 9, participating hotel restaurants will provide the equivalent of up to five meals for every entrée sold to their local food bank partners.
The initiative comes at a moment when many families are experiencing increased strain due to elevated food prices and ongoing delays in assistance programs, which have left many food banks operating with lower-than-usual supplies. By transforming every entrée into a direct, measurable contribution, Plates with Purpose aims to deliver thousands of meals to households struggling to keep up.
Participating restaurants and partners include:
- Élevage SoHo Kitchen & Bar at Epicurean Hotel – Feeding Tampa Bay
- HEW Parlor & Chophouse at Fenway Hotel – Feeding Tampa Bay
- Oxbow Bar & Grill at Luminary Hotel & Co. – Harry Chapin Food Bank of Southwest Florida
- Prologue Dining & Drinks at Trilith Guesthouse – Atlanta Community Food Bank
- Reverence at Epicurean Atlanta – Atlanta Community Food Bank

Local food banks continue to report elevated demand heading into the busiest time of year. With Plates with Purpose spanning five markets, Mainsail expects the week-long effort to deliver a substantial boost to each partner organization during its most critical season.
Guests can also contribute directly by scanning QR codes displayed in each restaurant and throughout the hotels. These codes link to dedicated donation pages created for every partner food bank, ensuring that all contributions generated through Plates with Purpose support the local community where they are raised.
