This Thanksgiving, Executive Chef Jay Swift and the culinary team at Trilith Guesthouse invite guests to skip the stress and savor the season with an elaborate harvest buffet. Featuring a flavorful spread of traditional favorites and chef-inspired creations, the feast promises all the indulgence of a home-cooked meal, without the dishes. Priced at just $70 for adults and $30 for children 6-12 (kids 5 and under dine free; tax and gratuity not included), the spread includes:

  • Salads & Starters: Warm Buttermilk Biscuits and Artisan Breads with Assorted Spreads, Gulf Shrimp Cocktail, Smoked Salmon, and Harvest Salad Bar with Seasonal Toppings and Housemade Dressings
  • Entrées: Brown Butter & Herb-Roasted Turkey, Carved Prime Rib of Beef, Crown Roast of Heritage Pork with Sorghum Glaze, and Herb-Crusted Flounder with Lemon Supreme Sauce
  • Sides: Honey-Glazed Carrots with Whipped Goat Cheese, Brussels Sprouts with Chestnuts and Cider Gastrique, Georgia Sweet Potato Pavé, Traditional Cornbread Dressing, and Whipped Potatoes
