Hospitality executive brings multi-property leadership and proven record of revenue growth, guest satisfaction and team development to boutique hotel in Town at Trilith
FAYETTEVILLE, Ga. (Nov. 4, 2026) – Trilith Guesthouse has appointed Raees Harris as General Manager, bringing an accomplished hospitality executive with nearly a decade of hotel leadership experience to the 193-room boutique hotel in Town at Trilith. In his new role, Harris will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, food and beverage, meetings and events, sales and revenue performance, team development and overall guest experience.

Harris joins Trilith Guesthouse following leadership roles with Sonesta Hotels and Marriott-branded properties. Most recently, he served as General Manager of the 300-room Sonesta Atlanta Northwest Galleria after more than three years as Regional Director of Operations for Sonesta Hotels, overseeing a portfolio of 14 hotels across three brands in Georgia, Tennessee and Alabama. During his tenure, he helped drive a 30% increase in portfolio sales and a 20% improvement in guest satisfaction. Earlier in his career, Harris held general manager positions at Courtyard Atlanta Airport North and TownePlace Suites Atlanta Norcross.
A graduate of Tuskegee University with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, Harris has been active with the Georgia Hotel & Lodging Association since 2014. Leadership development and mentorship have also been a focus throughout his career. He founded Sonesta’s Southeast Assistant General Manager Grow Development Program and has mentored hospitality professionals who advanced into hotel manager and general manager positions.
