WHAT: Be among the first to experience the captivating work of figurative artist and muralist Shannon Lake during an exclusive evening reception spanning The Gallery, The Kitchen, and The Plaza at Trilith Guesthouse. A longtime local collaborator, Lake has already brought his bold, imaginative style to two large-scale murals on property, as well as the immersive Secret Lair Suite, designed to spark wonder and discovery for every guest.
At the VIP gallery opening, guests will enjoy an evening of artistic immersion featuring Shannon’s newest works, live music, passed hors d’oeuvres and handcrafted cocktails. This exclusive event is $80 per person and blends Trilith’s signature creativity with a sophisticated social atmosphere.
Evening highlights include:
- A welcome reception on The Plaza with live music, an open bar, and hors d’oeuvres
- A personal meet-and-greet with Shannon Lake in The Kitchen
- An intimate introduction to INTREPIDS, including a visual showcase of past works
- Decadent desserts and opportunities to meet other participating artists in The Gallery and Lobby Gallery
The portraits in INTREPIDS are richly textured and often layered with subtle period-inspired designs. Set in ambiguous timeframes, each painting presents its subject with dignity and presence. All works will be available for purchase. Select pieces will include scannable QR codes linked to background stories and process videos. The gallery will be open to the public starting Oct. 18.
